If You’ve Got Trouble (Lennon/McCartney)

If You’ve Got Trouble was recorded during sessions for the Help! LP. A mono mix was created but has never been issued, and a stereo mix was created for Anthology 2.

Quotes

“We’ve just come across that, and it’s the most weird song. I’ve no recollection of ever recording it. It’s got stupid words and is the naffest song. No wonder it didn’t make it onto anything.” – George Harrison, from Anthology

  1. I have to agree with George. The lyrics are absolutely banal. I’m surprised he didn’t veto this for inclusion on Anthology.
